Parrot Assist is developing software for behavioral healthcare organizations, including electronic health record, practice-management, and clinical workflow technology.

Information presented on this public website describes Parrot Assist and its anticipated products and services. Features, functionality, availability, pricing, and launch timing may change as the product is developed and made available.

The public Parrot Assist website provides information about Parrot Assist software and is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or other healthcare services.

Use of this public website does not create a clinician-patient relationship between you and Parrot Assist Inc.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, contact appropriate emergency services or seek immediate professional assistance.

You may have the opportunity to join a waitlist or request information about Parrot Assist.

Joining a waitlist:

• does not guarantee access to the product;
• does not create a customer relationship;
• does not guarantee any particular launch date, functionality, price, or availability; and
• does not obligate Parrot Assist to provide access to any product or service.

You agree that information you submit through a waitlist or contact form is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Program. Parrot Assist Inc. sends text messages to people who have agreed to receive them. There are two kinds. Service messages are replies to inquiries sent through our website and notices about a Parrot Assist account, such as onboarding steps, confirmations of calls with our team, and security notices. Marketing messages are product news, offers and event invitations from Parrot Assist.

Agreeing. You agree to each kind separately, by ticking its consent box on our website and giving us your mobile number. Marketing messages may be sent using an automated system. Agreeing to marketing messages is not a condition of buying any goods or services.

Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to stop all text messages from us. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no more after that. To start again, reply START.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email support@parrotassist.com.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you give us.

Privacy. We handle mobile numbers and consent as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share them with third parties for marketing.

You may not use the website to:

• violate applicable law;
• interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure;

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback concerning Parrot Assist, you permit us to use that feedback for purposes such as evaluating, developing, and improving our products and services without restriction or compensation to you, provided that this provision does not transfer ownership of your confidential information or personal information to Parrot Assist.

Do not submit information belonging to another person or organization that you do not have authority to disclose.

The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services.

Parrot Assist does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, terms, availability, or privacy practices.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or update all or part of the public website at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLIC WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
